Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@danityluxboutique.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided in the instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.
- Danity Lux Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).
- If you paid for your order using a promotional code or discount, the refund will reflect the amount you paid after the discount.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once the return is processed, we will send the replacement item, provided it is in stock. If the item is not available, you will be issued a refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@danityluxboutique.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
